Payment Instructions

  1. Once order is submitted successfully, you should receive an Order Confirmation E-mail from customerservice@odin.com.my with your order ID. Please remember to add our domain name odin.com.my into your Safe Senders list to ensure that our E-mail response will not be blocked by your spam filters. (Otherwise, just make sure you check your JUNK folder).

The Shipping Rate and Transit Time are based on the Shipping Agent and the Country Code that you have specified in your shipping address upon checking out. Before submitting your order, you get a chance to decide the shipping method that suits your need:

Damaged Parcel

Please be advised not to receive any parcel that appears damaged. If you've signed for the item 'free and clear', we have no claim on the shipping company.

If item found damaged during delivery, please contact us at shipping@odin.com.my or call +605-717-2818 (Shipping Department) within 3 days upon receipt of parcel, failing which ODIN shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising howsoever.

Defective Item

All items sent by ODIN were quality checked before packing, except sealed packages. We are certain that the item is in its good condition before sending out.

Therefore, if your item isn't working properly, kindly check the product manual that arrived with the item. You should contact the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting assistance.

If you're unable to resolve the issue after contacting the manufacturer, please follow the return instructions in our Return Policy.

Lost Parcel

If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised lead time, please confirm with the shipping agent before reporting to us as a lost case. Refer to your shipping notice email for contact no. of the shipping agent and your parcel tracking no.

If confirmed by the shipping agent that parcel is lost, please contact us at shipping@odin.com.my or call +605-717-2818 (Shipping Department) within 3 days the parcel is due to arrive, failing which ODIN shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising howsoever.


Wrong Item

Please call us at +605-717-2818 (ask for Shipping Department) immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to be informed about the problems within 3 days of order receipt. It also helps us to maintain accurate inventory for all our customers.

If we have wrongly sent your order, our shipping officer will email you a Return Form and a Shipping Label, and arrange for a courier service to pick up the parcel. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for returned item until there is an ODIN confirmation signature with the carrier.

We will replace the right order as soon as possible. All the shipping charges incur will be borne by ODIN.

Delivery Policy

  1. The cut-off time for order processing will be at 4pm each working day (Monday ?Friday, except public holidays). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive your payment information before 4pm.

  2. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to unforeseen technical or resources problem.

  3. In case of stock shortage, our shipping department will acknowledge your payment, and will advice you on when to expect your order. If it is urgent that you cannot wait for the stock arrival, we will refund to you upon request.

  4. We might upgrade your shipping method without prior notice based on your location, weight of your order and the circumstances. Upgrade is free of charge.

  5. If there is a need to downgrade the shipping method, we will inform you in advance to get your approval and we will refund the difference in shipping charges by crediting your customer account maintained with us.

  6. After sending out your parcel, we will email you a shipment notice that contains the parcel tracking number and the contact no. of the shipping agent. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised lead time, please contact the shipping agent directly.

  7. If you've given us an undelivered address or wrong contact number that caused the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to pay the additional shipping charges for resending the parcel


Return Policy

How to return an item
  • Please contact us at shipping@odin.com.my or call +605-717-2818 (Shipping Department) within 3 days from the date the parcel arrive, failing which ODIN shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising howsoever.
  • Once a Return is approved, we will email you a Return Form and a Shipping Label.
  • You must ship the return item within 3 days after receiving the Return Form and Shipping Label.
Your responsibilities
  • You will take full responsibility during the return shipping for parcel lost or damage. Thus it is advisable to use insured courier shipping (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.).
  • Remember it is your responsibility to adequately pack an item before dispatch. Badly packed parcel will receive no insurance compensation whatsoever.
  • Please do not use the item retail box (display box) as shipping carton.
  • If your purchase includes any free promotional items, don't forget to include the freebies with your return so we can issue you a full refund.
  • To accept return, the returned item must be 100% intact. This includes original packaging, all components, manuals, accessories, etc. If item that you return cannot be restocked, you will not be refunded the full amount.
Items that cannot be returned
  • Sealed package item (eg. Item sealed with transparent hard plastic cover or ink cartridges in a sealed paper box) must be returned in its original unopened condition. Once sealed package is broken, the item is not returnable.
  • Please make sure that the item is not being used and must retain the original packing. Any sign of used, scratches or damages caused by own carelessness will not be accepted.



Refund Policy

Upon receipt of the item returned to us, our warranty department will verify that the item is in good condition. Once approved, refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping charges) will be credited into your customer account maintain with us on the same working day. Our system will make the same amount of deduction in your future purchase.


Warranty Policy

All products sold by ODIN are brand new, genuine and factory fresh. All our products are covered under the warranty period as stated in the product details and the sales invoice.

Warranty will be void in any of the following events:
  • If the damage on your item has been caused by accident, hazard, flood, voltage fluctuation, faulty installation , act of God, misuse, negligence, corrosion, rusts or stain or causes other than ordinary use; or
  • If your equipment is modified or tampered with or repaired by any person other than manufacturer authorised technician or if the original warranty sticker has been removed; or

  • If Warranty card is altered or defaced in any manner whatsoever.
